The form of trademark registration request is filled by the applicant or by his agent on the completed form for that which is found in the website of the public administration of protecting intellectual property , it can be taken from the administration of costumer services
A photo of the valid commercial or industrial or service record or its substitute outside the republic
Authorized proxy if the application was applied through proxy
Identical photos of the trademark that need to be registered so that they are free of any descriptive phrases or propaganda
Proving document of the right of priority if the application requested that
Arabic translation for the documents and data that are written in foreign languages

Registration procedures:
The application shall be submitted to costumer services department in the ministry to revise the application and to ensure the fulfillment of the documents.
Fulfillment of the fees of the registration request and registration record and giving the applicant a notice about that
The process of exanimating the requests that fulfill the required data and documents and deciding on it by the decision of the Registrar within thirty days
The applicant can submit a grievance of the Registrar decision in the case of refusing the ericainforming him of the decision and the applicant can appeal against the decision of the committee to the court within a month of informing him of the decision.
The registration request is published in commerce magazine at the expense of the applicant.
The request is subject to objection from all people that have a relationship to this for a period of three months.
In the case of having any objection the administration shall inform the registration applicant to respond to the objection and if the applicant did not respond to the objection he is considered as abandoning the request.

B . Renewal of the registered trademark (is renewed during the last year of entry into force of the period of protection of the mark prescribed in the certificate of registration):

Copy of the certificate of registration of the mark.
Voucher of the fees of renewal and fees of disclosure of renewal.
The owner is given a notice of the renewal of the mark, within ten days
C - Transfer king The transfer of ownership of a registered trademark or mortgage:

the document proving the transferring ownership or mortgage.
Voucher of the collection of fees under a transferring ownership or mortgage.
Voucher of the collection of wages of transferring ownership or mortgage.
* Give the new owner a certificate which prove transferring the ownership or mortgage, within ten days
D . License of the use of the registered trademark:
The required documents and procedures:
a license to use.
Voucher of the collection of license fees, use of brand.
Voucher of the collection of wages of publishing the license to use the brand.
* Granting t beneficiary of the license a certificate, within ten days
E - Changes in the data of the owner of the registered trademark:
Voucher of the collection of application fees and wages of publishing the change.
Applicant is given a notice of it within ten days.
F - Removal of the brand:
The required documents and procedures:
The application for delisting is given to the customer service department.
Voucher of collection of the cancellation fees and Voucher of the wages of publishing the delisting.
